Return Policy

At Luve’a Jewellery, we take pride in delivering premium quality products.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received.
• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please share:
  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Images of the product highlighting the issue
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
• After inspection, you can choose between:
  • Replacement (preferred)
  • Store credit (valid for future purchases)

Note: We do not offer refunds in cash/bank for return cases.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for reasons like:

• Change of mind
• Size issues
• Personal preference

Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only within 3–4 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
• To cancel, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Products without original packaging
• Items without unboxing proof

Important Notes

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences —
  this will not be considered a defect.
• Luve’a Jewellery reserves the right to approve or reject return requests
  after reviewing the evidence.
