Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong size or incorrect product delivered.
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
How to Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp: +91 70393 00777 with your Order ID and photos.
- Our team will verify and approve the exchange request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, ship the original product back to us in original packaging.
- The exchanged product will be dispatched once we receive and verify the returned item.
Exchange Shipping
For defective/wrong products, House of Luve'a will cover the reverse shipping cost. For exchanges due to customer preference (size change, color preference, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping cost. Replacement will be shipped free of charge.
