Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items requested for return after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged or defective condition.
- Product significantly different from what was described.
- Missing items from an order.
Not Eligible for Return
- Product has been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Products purchased during clearance sale (unless damaged/defective).
- Bouquet/perishable products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 70393 00777) within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and clear photos/video of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI after sharing bank details.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
